OKAST is a French tech company (SAS) empowering creators and media businesses to launch their own streaming platforms within a day — without the complexity of building from scratch. I was brought in to lead their global communication and digital marketing initiatives, with the mission to elevate brand visibility, optimize product experience, and strengthen their position in the OTT ecosystem.

Shaping Communication in the Streaming Industry

At OKAST, I designed and executed an integrated communication and marketing strategy that spanned SEO, social media growth, paid media acquisition, and content marketing. I also contributed significantly to the UX and UI optimization of their application, enhancing the user journey to improve conversion and retention rates.

From Strategy to Visibility

I orchestrated multi-channel advertising campaigns, managed community engagement efforts, and expanded OKAST’s organic reach through optimized content and newsletters. I also took charge of the company's presence at key industry events like IBC Amsterdam and SATIS Paris, overseeing branding, 3D stand design, and full event logistics.
